Gina McCarthy
Assistant Administrator for the Office of Air and Radiation

Gina McCarthy is the Assistant Administrator for the EPA’s Office of Air and Radiation. During her tenure, EPA has taken important steps to limit greenhouse gas emissions and to protect public health by reducing air pollution. In her 25-year career, she has worked at both the state and local levels on critical environmental issues and helped coordinate policies on economic growth, energy, transportation and the environment.
